We crush and ferment New York State grapes in our winery. Then, carefully following centuries-old techniques, we infuse it with a rich blend of botanicals including wormwood, Angelica, and Gentian.
The result is an exquisite and harmonious blend that beautifully showcases the vibrant aromas of the botanicals.
2 1⁄2 oz. Brevis White Vermouth
1 oz. Fino Sherry
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Build over ice, top with sparkling wine
1 1⁄2 oz. Brevis White Vermouth
1 1⁄2 oz. Brevis Sweet Red Vermouth
1⁄4 oz. Orange Liqueur
