This limited first release Apple Brandy displays a fresh, youthful character with a nose that is floral, green, and herbaceous—displaying bright apple tones. The brandy is well- structured, thanks to the perfect balance of tannins which create a smooth mouthfeel and a lingering finish.

A layered palate of ripe apples and pears with notes of spiced baked apples.

What makes it special

Cider from over a dozen apple varieties were aged for 10 months, then twice-distilled in our Alembic Charentais still. The brandy rested for 8 months in stainless steel to preserve its pure fruit character before being bottled by hand.
