What can I expect from the Artisan Club?

You will receive a quarterly variety of our vermouths, ready-to-pour cocktails, and specialty liquors to complement the season. Included in your shipment will be cocktail recipes, access to special events, free classes, and a fun quarterly pick-up event.

How much does it cost?

Each quarterly shipment will be between $160 and $180 plus tax, with free shipping in NYS.
If I sign up at Klocke Estate, can I take my offering home with me that day?

Yes you can!
What if I sign up after the shipment date--which offering will I receive?

You will receive the offering that is closest to the date that you sign up.
How can I opt out of or continue with the club?

Membership is for four quarters with an option to skip one quarter. After that you would need to sign back up to continue.
Will my payment information be on file?

Yes. Each quarter will be automatically charged to your card and shipped on the shipment date.
How will I be billed?

You will be billed quarterly on the credit card you provide, approximately two weeks before the next shipment date.
Can I edit the quarterly offering?

Unfortunately no. This is a curated box themed to the season. You are very welcome to add other products to your order if you'd like.
Can I add on to my shipment?

Yes. The free NYS shipping includes any add-ons to your order.
Can I skip any of the shipments?

You can skip one shipment per 4 quarters without being charged.
Where do you ship and what is the fee?

Anywhere in the continental US. Free shipping in NYS; shipping fees to other states will be determined at checkout.
Can I pick up my order at Klocke Estate?

Of course! We actually encourage you to come to our (fun) quarterly pick-up events, but if you cannot make it, we will have your order waiting for you next time you come in. Otherwise it can be shipped to you for free in NYS.
When are where are the pick-up events?

Four times a year, seasonally, at the beautiful Klocke Estate. Each event will be held at a different area of the Estate so you can get a feel for the entire Klocke experience.
What can I expect from the pick-up event?

A free drink, some tasty appetizers, a short talk on this quarter's shipment, and a chance to mingle with like-minded people with excellent taste. It's also a great opportunity to stay and enjoy lunch or dinner at Klocke Estate's restaurant.
Can I bring someone with me to a quarterly event?

Yes. There is a $25 free for a plus one.
How can I gift a membership?

At checkout, choose "gift membership" and you will be directed to a page where you can fill in the recipient's information.
How can I redeem my class certificate and class discounts?

Visit the redemption page (web link). Your gift certificate has a code that you can redeem at checkout.
